Welcome to the Gokem Partner Program. Gokem is a premium mobility service by HappyFleet Bespoke Tours, a registered tour operator with the Meghalaya Department of Tourism. By participating in our Refer & Earn program, you agree to the following guidelines designed to ensure transparency and a great experience for our travelers.

1. The Offer Structure

• The User Benefit: Every traveler who presents a partner's discount post will receive a Flat ₹300 Discount on their total fare (Minimum fare of ₹2,500 applies).

• The Partner Benefit: For every successful booking verified by your unique Partner ID (e.g., GK#001), you will earn a Flat ₹200 Commission.

• Admin Fee: A standard fee of ₹100 is retained by Gokem Admin from the discount pool for operational management.
  
  

2. Verification & Transparency (The Driver-Verification Rule)

To ensure 100% transparency and eliminate user friction, we use an on-ground verification system:

• The Universal Code: Partners must promote the brand-wide code GOKEM300 alongside their Unique Partner ID (GK#XXX).

• Driver Action: At the end of the trip, the driver will ask the traveler for their discount proof. The driver will take a screenshot/photo of the Partner’s post/story on the traveler’s phone.

• Admin Log: This photo is sent immediately to the Gokem Admin to verify the Partner ID and authorize the ₹300 discount for the traveler.
  
  

3. Payout Conditions

• Completion Only: Commissions are earned only after the trip is successfully completed and the discounted fare is paid by the traveler.

• Minimum Fare: The discount is applicable only on long-distance or tourist taxi bookings with a minimum fare of ₹2,500.

• Cancellations: If a booking is cancelled by the traveler or the operator before the trip starts, no commission is payable.

• Schedule: Commissions are processed and paid out at the end of each trip via UPI to your registered mobile number/ID once the Admin verifies the driver's proof.
  
  

4. Code Usage & Ethical Promotion

• Partners are encouraged to share their unique ID on Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp Status, and within personal networks.

• Education-Based Selling: We encourage drivers to educate travelers about these discounts, driving new followers and engagement directly to your profiles.

• No Spamming: Please do not post codes on official government pages or use automated "bot" services.

• Self-Referral: Partners cannot use their own Partner ID for their personal bookings.
  
  

5. Modification & Termination

HappyFleet Bespoke Tours (Gokem) reserves the right to modify the commission structure or terminate a partner’s participation if fraudulent activity or fake booking screenshots are detected.
