1. Service Use

GoKem operates as a digital facilitation platform that enables passengers to pre-book cab and selected tour-related transportation services. The vehicles are operated by independent drivers affiliated with authorized local taxi associations. GoKem does not own, manage, or directly operate any vehicles. Our role is limited to connecting passengers with available drivers and facilitating booking coordination.

All users agree to use the platform lawfully and only for legitimate booking purposes.

2. Booking & Payments

Bookings must be made in advance through the official GoKem platform or authorized communication channels. Fare estimates, where displayed, are indicative and may vary depending on route changes, waiting time, traffic conditions, additional stops, or special service requests.

Certain bookings may require pre-payment or advance confirmation to secure the ride. Payment terms, including refund eligibility and cancellation charges, will be communicated at the time of booking. Users are responsible for verifying booking details before confirmation.

3. User Responsibilities

Passengers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details and ensure timely availability at the scheduled pickup location. Repeated no-shows may result in cancellation charges or suspension.

Drivers are responsible for maintaining valid licenses, permits, insurance, and updated vehicle documentation. Drivers must uphold professional conduct and adhere to safety and service quality standards.

Any misuse of the platform, including fraudulent activity, abuse, harassment, or misrepresentation, may lead to immediate suspension or termination of access.

4. Cancellations & Delays

GoKem is not liable for cancellations made by passengers or drivers. Cancellation policies and applicable charges may apply based on booking type and timing.

GoKem is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, or other unforeseen third-party circumstances.

5. Liability Disclaimer

GoKem acts strictly as a facilitator between passengers and independent drivers. We do not guarantee vehicle condition, driver conduct, service outcomes, or travel timelines. Any disputes arising from ride services must be addressed directly between the passenger and the driver or relevant taxi association.

6. Changes & Updates

GoKem reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
